  1. I love using the Cricut Cartridge Graphically Speaking with my Smash book!!

  2. I agree! Love that one too! So many terrific shapes. Thanks for playing along! Keep your fingers crossed :)

  3. Laura Nielsen says:

I have yet to start the Smash books, I’ve been eyeing them for a while. These sites have kicked started me so I hope to pick one up tomorrow. I’m guessing I’ll like Nifty Fifties the most for my Smash book but since I don’t know how to start one, the classes would help me figure it all out.

  4. Graphically Speaking is also my go to cartridge for my Smash Book. Actually it is my go to cartridge for a lot of things.
    Thanks!
    xoxo, Christine

  5. My favorite Cricut Cart for my Smash Book would be “Phrases.”

  6. I’m not really sure which one would be my favorite. I love using my Art Philosophy, I also like using my Four Legged Friends to make my little Yorkie, but with the Paper Dolls Dress up I can make my Wizard of Oz characters, and yes I do like my Graphically Speaking as well. It’s just so hard to pick just one favorite.

  7. Cathie Bower says:

I’m not sure which is the popular cartridge, but I am planning to use some Disney characters I have already put together, and I think the Paper Dolls cartridge has lots of potential…I think I may need your class!!! Just getting started… :)

  8. Wow, I am not sure what cart would be best..I just got a new smash book last week and am sooo excited to use it… and when my DD saw mine she had to have one right away too… she has starting putting everything that is going on in her life in hers.. soccer, work, her schooling,, tidbits about her day etc.. I would love to win a chance to do your class just because I LOVE my cricut and use it for everything but hadnt even thought to use it with my smash book…

  9. Tina Doyle Centore says:

Hmmm decisions decisions…??? Apparently great minds think alike. Although I do love Phrases, Graphically Speaking is my “go to” cartridge as well.

I would absolutely love to participate in your class so that I can broaden my horizons. We are all students of the craft and one can never be too creative :)

  10. My favorite cricut cartridge is the Art Philosophy from Close To My Heart

  11. Veronica Deaton says:

I have not started a Smash Book yet, BUT I THINK THEY ARE WONDERFUL! And I am interested in starting one. I have been looking at websites that feature them to get ideas. And I too love the Graphically Speaking cartridge, I can see how it would come in handy. I would love to win a seat in the class so that I can get more ideas, and get started.

  12. Chris Vicente says:

I have taken the Disney cartridge class. It really helped a lot :) So thank you for that. I have a lot of cartridges that I havent even opened yet :( That work thing just gets in my way :) I would love to take another class with you and if a free one would even be better.
    Good luck to all :)
    Chris

  13. I wouldn’t know as of yet … I am just starting the Smashbook … I’ll have to play around to determine that.

  14. Hi,

My name is Chriss and I LOVE to learn anything and everything that has to do with cardmaking/scrapbooking. I have a smash book but I have only done one page in it . http://chrissandlou.blogspot.com/2012/01/my-smashart-journal.html. If you go to my blog and look under resume, you will see that I enjoy taking on-line classes! If you choose me, I will advertise your classes on my blog, follow through with the lessons and be a good student. I am already a member of Karin’s group on Facebook.

  15. Oh cara, I don’t have a fav cartridge for use on the Smash books. I own a Smash book but haven’t even started “smashing” I need some inspiration desperately!!! Saw your post in the FB Smash group and couldn’t wait to comment here on your blog for a chance at this super class!

  16. Hi Cara, thanks for doing this drawing. Found you via Karen’s FB Smashbook page. I can’t tell you a favorite cartridge because someone just gave me a Cricut machine not long ago and I’m so new I’m still not confident in using it. We are missionaries in Ukraine and I teach arts and crafts so the Cricut will be a real blessing to what I do. So you see, I need this class.

    Blessings, Coleen in Ukrakne

  17. WE HAVE A WINNER!

  18. I would have to say mine favorite is Forever Young. It has lots of words that are very useable in Smash Books
